Avit Group supports Houthoff in professionalization of telephony and video conferencing environment

Organizational growth of Houthoff calls for scalability of telephony

Vianen - Houthoff, one of the largest law firms in the Netherlands, has chosen Managed Service Provider Avit Group, as their partner for the implementation of their renewed telephony environment and video conference equipment. Houthoff is now using Hosted Avit Collaboration Services, which includes Cisco Webex Teams and Collaboration. This implementation contributes to the realization of Houthoff's growth ambitions. The renewed IT environment enables them to collaborate virtually anytime and anywhere in a secure manner, making the company more efficient and effective.

Effective communication, also during the corona crisis

After a successful Proof of Concept, the implementation of the updated telephony environment and video conferencing equipment started in September 2019. Meanwhile, Cisco Collaboration end-points and Webex teams have been implemented. This enables Houthoff employees to always be in easy contact with each other and with clients, also during the corona crisis. Think of online collaboration in the form of reviewing or working on documents, calling and holding meetings. This can be done regardless of location and time zone. At the moment, the final touches are being made to the implementation of the new telephony environment. This will be completed next summer.
