This also allows flexible use of applications and services on premises, in the cloud or in a hybrid environment. Although the need for cloud telephony increases, it is not always desirable or feasible to switch from on-premises to cloud in one go. In that case, HaCS is the ideal hybrid solution to integrate cloud-telephony with on-premises telephony solutions. Avit has the in-depth knowledge of both worlds necessary for a safe and solid integration at company level.
HaCS users can be created automatically through a link to one’s own application, such as Active Directory or a HR application in which user management is performed. Based on user profiles by job title, location, etc. the users are created in the HaCS environment with specific functionalities. Managers and users can implement the most common adjustments themselves through a portal specifically set up to that end.
