WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As an IT Service Counter Representative for our customer Asics in Hoofddorp, you will be working in an environment where you can learn a lot. This is your growth path to next level IT functions, both technically and on a process level. You execute Incidents and Service Requests as effectively and efficiently as possible. In a self-managing team you will work independently. If necessary, you take care of dispatching and following up tickets to the 2e and 3e line, or to external partners. With administrator access to the customer environment, you can help tackle complex issues.


WHAT DO WE ASK FOR?

  • A completed Secondary Vocational education (ICT), preferably with at least one year of relevant work experience;
  • ITIL Foundation v3 or v4;
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English in both word and writing;
  • MCSA (or partial certifications) is a plus, Microsoft 365, Office 365 and/or certification desktop support (MTA);
  • Experience with standard Office applications, Active Directory, Azure and similar user and management applications, and knows your way around Windows 10;
  • Solution-oriented, driven, social and confident;
  • Living in the Amsterdam area, in possession of a driving license.
