As Change Manager in Emmeloord you manage a wide range of changes. You are in close contact with our customers and the internal organization. Your challenge is to satisfy customers and to manage and finalize changes within contractual parameters. Achieve commercial success by working together proactively, with long-term customer relationships as your goal. Ensure contact in the area of service delivery, and support the change process in general. Your knowledge of (Managed) Services contributes to the further professionalization of processes and your colleagues. 


  • Owner and face of the change process;
  • Controlling the change process: from intake, to the correct charging of the contracted services;
  • From your knowledge and understanding of customer needs, you make the translation to the right solutions, together with the account team, if necessary;
  • Directing engineers who provide services for the customer;
  • Setting up and maintaining services according to ITIL;
  • Reporting the services provided to the customer based on the SLAs;
  • Responsibility for an integrally prepared landing of the change with the appropriate solution groups and/or customers;
  • Bearer role in the Avit CAB process and you inform stakeholders of progress;
  • Monitoring quality in the execution of changes;
  • Commercially driven and entrepreneurial attitude;
  • Initiative-driven and a self-starter.


  • Higher Vocational education and at least 3 years of experience in change management;
  • Familiar with complex outsourcing projects;
  • Commercial experience;
  • Experience with project and problem management;
  • ITIL certification and SIAM knowledge (certification is a plus);
  • Your natural attitude, empathy and flexibility builds trust with customers
