As an IT Service Counter Representative for our customer Asics in Hoofddorp, you will be working in an environment where you can learn a lot. This is your growth path to next level IT functions, both technically and on a process level. You execute Incidents and Service Requests as effectively and efficiently as possible. In a self-managing team you will work independently. If necessary, you take care of dispatching and following up tickets to the 2e and 3e line, or to external partners. With administrator access to the customer environment, you can help tackle complex issues.
