AVIT SUPPORTS HOUTHOFF IN PROFESSIONALIZATION OF TELEPHONY AND VIDEOCONFERENCING ENVIRONMENT

Vianen – Houthoff, one of the largest solicitor's office in the Netherlands, has selected the System Integration and Managed Service Provider Avit, as its partner for the implementation of their new telephony environment and video conference equipment. Houthoff is now using Hosted Avit Collaboration Services, which includes Cisco Webex Teams and Cisco Collaboration. This implementation contributes to achieving Houthoff's growth ambitions. The new IT environment enables the Houthoff employees to cooperate virtually and securely at any time and from any place, so that the company operates more efficiently and more effectively.


EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

The implementation of the new telephony environment and video conferencing equipment was started following a successful Proof of Concept. Two solutions have now been implemented, namely Cisco Collaboration Endpoints and Cisco Webex Teams. This makes it possible for Houthoff employees to remain in contact with each other and with customers, also during the corona crisis. This involves online cooperation in the form of discussing or working on documents, telephone calls and holding meetings. This can occur irrespective of location and time zone. The last steps are currently being taken in the implementation of the new telephony environment.
